Well it's ain't no damn secret but it EXERCISE is the best and the cheapest way to prolong your life, but not only that, you can look good while living too. I know you lazy and exercise hurts like hell but unless you live on the moon, you'd better pick up a dumbbell and get to curlin,quick! Ladies I know we grieve for our poor abs and wish we didn't have kangaroo pouches or the ten pound baby stretch marks, but what are you gonna do, cry about it? Naw let's see if we can reconstruct some of the damage by gluttony, stair step babies and just sheer laziness.
Exercise strengthens the muscles thereby keeping the skin tight and smooth. Oxygen is key to longevity and the way to get more is..take a guess. But I want you (especially if your in your thirties) to consider weight lifting your friend. When you strengthen the lower half of your body,you increase testosterone hormones and that helps increase muscle mass all over your body. As women we must take care of the lower half of our bodies,that where all of our strength is(having babies). Hip movements also increase estrogen production and aids in keeping your pussy lubricated and narrows your waist line too, so don't forget to balance it out.
Lately, I've been doing Zumba classes at my local gym andI LOVE IT! Its a mix of Latin dance moves set to salsa, hip hop, reggae tone music. You get to move your hips, shimmy,drop it low etc. It doesn't 'feel' like exercise and you can burn a little over 200 calories in one session. So I a class then hit the weights to finish off and I'm done.
