It can be hard to eat your greens. Somehow it's just not as much fun as a chocolate cake, huh! But it is a requirement for living healthy.  The chlorophyll brings oxygen and nutrients to the blood. And helps to build strong cells.

Now, how much leafy veggies you need is really an individual case, You really should strive to get some greens in at least once a day and it should be with your heaviest meal if you can. I don't normally eat breakfast, but I will have greens for lunch and dinner most days.

Some days I only have time for fruit. There will be days like this especially if you are going total raw. Right now I'm about 80% raw and it does fluctuate. Do let these gurus fool you out here. Half of them are eating cheese and fried chicken in the closet.

My best advice to you is to listen to your body and what it needs for the day. Some days it may be more water, other days it may be more fruit, sometimes you may not want to eat at all! Its all good!
