2 Black girls

 As ridiculous as this sounds, I used to think that light-skinned people did take shit because, obviously the color of shit was the same as my skin... sigh.. Well what do u want from me, I was only 5 years old when that thought crossed my mind. It's funny, I was trying to go back to the time I started feeling insecure about myself and it led me all the way back there, wow.

The reason I did this was because I wanted to find out when the seed of self contempt started. It was very eye-opening to replay events of my childhood and a relief to know that origins of my belief system came from a place, not just sum fictitious spooky vapor that hovers over the dark girls waiting to incubate our minds into an 'on earth' hell. There are reasons and seasons for all living things and I just so happened to claim mine now. What refreshing for me is that I realized I didn't have to do it with skimpy clothes, or long hair.

I could just be myself while continually acquiring knowledge and wisdom to make the lives of my sisters better. So, currently I am in study mode of various subjects, in particular world history and ancient civilizations. Its funny, but there is nowhere in this world that the  black woman as not pioneered.

Africa's land mass included Europe, and Europe and China are separated by hills. Now it becomes easy to see the migration efforts of our fore-mothers into Europe and Spain. Man.. we can even see that South America was once connected to Africa before the drift. Well this would also explain the pyramid mounds found in South America and Europe and China too.  So my 'BlackPride" not a fluffy euphemism.

It has meaning now beyond my skin and the size of my butt.  Oh,by the way, Happy New Year ladies! I hope you have used the collective energy of the new year to make some commitments and goals for a new u as well. I am also recommitting myself  to the manumission efforts of true autonomy for all black sisters, in particular Dark Girls...
