How to Keep Tight ,Moist Vagina
You can practice toning the vagina muscles by placing a finger inside the opening. Try to squeeze the finger has hard as you can, hold for 5 to 10 seconds, then release. This is more advanced than regular Kegel exercises because you can see your progress based on the pressure from your vagina walls on your finger. You'll have more control over the tension and release as you move the vaginal muscles.
Vagina moisture and the degree of tightness comes from stimulation. The diagram the left shows actual pressure points, that when stimulated , increase secretions from the vagina. It would somewhat like masturbating frequently to produce wetness.
Start by applying some lubrication to the area. Then with your finger massage the pressure points in a clockwise motion,but while you do this, squeeze your anus and vaginal muscle.
By doing these exercises, you will release pent up sexual energy and cause it travel up the spinal column towards the pineal gland.
Overtime you will have more control over the muscles, become more sensitive and moist.

1) What are some other things I can do to tighten my vagina? I have 4 children and they were big babies, I am so flabby down there! Help!
