Make Time To Enjoy Your Food
Making time to eat properly is a big deal. Its not even so much what we eat as it is how we eat. For most of us, we scarf down a burger and fries and chug down a 20 ounce Coke to wash it all down. We swallow instead of chewing the food. But chewing your food is the beginning of the digestive process and we can help the body metabolize food better if we break the food apart really well before it reaches the stomach.
If you chew your food well, you give the small intestines an easier job of absorbing nutrients. By the time the food gets to the small intestines, the food particles have to be small enough to go into the bloodstream where the blood picks up the nutrients and sends them to the rest of the body.
Chew food well=less stress of intestines= proper digestion=less toxins in the blood=shrunken fat cells=weight loss.
