Skin Brushing For Cellulite

I really love anything that helps the body get rid of toxins and a skin brush is a simple way to remove toxins from the beneath the skin. Cellulite is trapped waste in the form of mucus that has hardened  and trapped itself in little pockets underneath the skin's surface causing a rippling of the skin. The best way to help remove this and tone up your legs and butt is by brushing the skin to heat up and remove the trapped waste. You can start at your the soles of your feet and work your way up towards your heart. Always brush upwards. Make sure that you do this on dry skin and when done, shower off any debris that accumulate on the surface. Concentrate on the backs of your thighs brushing up towards your butt. Do this daily, twice a day, morning and night if you can and you will soon start to see smoother skin. FYI, I do this on my face too to get rid of dead skin cells and right before i apply facial masks. It just make the product go into the skin so much more effectively.
