Is Meditation Helpful?
I think it is. But you don't have to sit cross legged yoga style while burning incense to do it. It is all about being relaxed and letting go. The benefits are a clear mind, heightened mood, better digestion, improved memory and focus. The best time, to me, is when I first get up before everyone else starts tugging at me. This is when I am still have sleep, very calm and respective to good vibes. I feel I get important instructions from within at this time because I have not been programmed by the days events yet. Start by sitting with your eyes closes, maybe against the wall with your clovers over you and just start breathing deeply. Allow whatever to come into your head, if it is disturbing to you, then direct your attention to something pleasant. Do it for a few minutes and you will be more balanced, less, worried or stressed throughout your day.
