And that c-section was a ruff one, I almost died... I had to get a transfusion, I could barely breathe cause I lost so much blood. It took a long time to recover from that. I look back on it now and wished I had tried to go vaginal. But for some reason, I was thinking that my vagina would be totally destroyed with this baby coming through. I notice it is a trend amongst super star moms to do a "scheduled birth" and I get the convenience side of it, but if your motivation is to preserve your pom pom, then forget it.
There are wholesome ways to bring your vagina back to its normal shape even after having a baby. What even worse about c-sections is that it cuts of nerves and weaken muscles around your pelvis. Sure you can tone it back up but your ability to have an orgasm diminishes in some women depending on how many nerves are destroyed through cutting.
]The jade egg, when used regularly, can strengthen muscle in the vagina and increase sensation to your vaginal walls. Kegels is another way to strengthen your vaginal muscles too. But I want you to consider something as well. We, women, need recovery time after having sex. getting "banged out" every other night or even 3 times a week is too much for our bodies to handle. If you space out the time for having sex, there really won't be any issue of 'slackness' or 'non-sensitivity'.
Back in Neolithic times, women mated during certain seasons and when they had a child that was it for intercourse until the baby was old enough. I know it not practical now but it is still advantageous for when to pace themselves when it comes to sex and keeping the vagina in tact. Just like anything you overuse, the vagina will get worn-out.
